Project Leadership (2 days)
Focusing on soft skills this workshop includes tools and techniques that encourage team participation in project planning and mentoring, resulting in increased buy-in and commitment from team members and stakeholders and therefore better overall project results. Targeted for beginning Project Managers and experienced Project Managers who want to learn more about participative team-based methods for understanding how to effectively manage and lead a project team.
+ What you will learn - Understand and recognise different thinking styles and their importance to team effectiveness
- Identify and use different learning styles in the team process
- Employ effective listening techniques
- Provide constructive feedback
- Avoid or resolve conflict within a team environment
- Create a plan for improving team performance
- Use issue resolution and team decision making techniques
- Improve your knowledge on running effective meetings and other time management skills.
