Gain the skills to be a successful Senior Project Manager.
The role of a Senior project Manager is a vital one, you need to be able to organise and manage all aspects of your project(s); effectively identify and solve technical problems; handle complex and inter-related issues that arise on projects as well as maintaing a business and commercial focus. To do all these well you need well-developed skills, leadership, communication and time management skills.
This Advanced Project Manageemnt workshop will provide information on the skills required to become a successful Senior Project Manager. In addition, the knowledge and understanding of the differences between project management and projet leadership will become clear.
