PRINCE2® Foundation workshop (3 days)
This PRINCE2® Foundation workshop is brought to you by Project Plus Ltd in conjunction with i-Logic Group of the UK.
Structured project management means managing the project in a logical, organized way, following defined steps. A structured project management method is the written description of this logical, organized approach, PRINCE2® (projects in a controlled environment) is a structured project management method.
So, PRINCE2® is a method for managing projects. It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for. It gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information you should be gathering along the way. But PRINCE2® doesn’t do the work for you, it cannot guarantee your projects will be successful. Good projects, which deliver quality results, on-time and within budget are dependent on the capability of people involved from Project Board down to individual members.
This course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain PRINCE2® Foundation level certification.

+ Accreditation The PRINCE2® Foundation Exam comprises 75 multiple choice questions taken from the detail of the PRINCE2® method. This one-hour exam is “closed book” with a pass-mark of 35 question correctly answered. This exam will be held at the end of day three.

+ Course Length: 3 days This is an intensive three day course leading to the PRINCE2® Foundation examination which takes place on the final day.
