You can attend this 2 day workshop as part of the Project Plus PMP Study Group Programme, or as a "stand-alone" workshop to finalise your preparation for the PMP Certification exam.
If you will be participating in the Project Plus PMP Study Group Programme, do NOT book this workshop separately as it is already included.

Introducing the qualification and prerequisites to sit, the PMP Certification process is explained before going into the Five Processes of Project Management and Nine Bodies of Knowledge. You’ll get a comprehensive overview of professional responsibility, plus you'll receive many study tips and a knowledge summary. Sit our specially developed sample exam to fully prepare you for the real thing.
