This executive level workshop provides the How, What, When and Why of Implementing Project Portfolio and Programme Management. Suitable for any organisation that has, or wishes to have, a high level of project management maturity and also wishes to have alignment between the strategic plan and operational activity. This workshop provides the roadmap for improved results and success.
