Gaining PMP Certification Study Programme
(The 2 day PMP Prep workshop is included in the Project Plus PMP Study Group Programme - you do NOT need to book that workshop separately)
Formalise your project management experience to gain the Project Management Institute’s internationally recognised accreditation – Project Management Professional. This study programme is designed to get you prepared for the PMP examination by following a formalised study programme that consists of group work plus self learning. The programme also includes learning on the professional and social responsibility elements that are required to be known.
This Study Programme consists of 3 full days of study group sessions. The PMP Prep workshop is 2 full days of consolidation, key tips and messages and a mock exam, ie 5 days in total.

- Off-site components and self-study required.
