Business Benefits Realisation (1 day)
Organisations can only measure success if they have a view of what successful outcomes look like. They need to do this in terms of practical and identifiable changes in approach.
This one-day workshop is for those people that want to ensure they achieve the business benefits from their project based initiatives outlined in the business cases. During the day you will learn how to put together and deliver a performance strategy for the organisation that can allow you to track programmes and projects and ensure benefits are ultimately realised.
It will also help you to develop the skills and techniques required to systematically describe, analyse and use measures of performance to improve strategic planning and business decisions.

- Establish programme objectives that contribute to strategic objectives
- Link programme activities and outputs to strategic objectives
- Identify what the programme aims to accomplish
- Identify responses and performance requirements
- Identify potential performance measures
- Establish information capabilities and a baseline for each measure
- Assess the adequacy of performance measures
- Establish accountability for implementation.

- Previous Project Management experience desirable. Awareness of project
environments would be of benefit - No off-site components or study required.
