project-based organisation - Scope a project and learn how to prepare a WBS and OBS
- Learn how to develop a communication plan

- Explain the need for effective project controls
- Understand how to close a project.

- No previous Project Management experience required, although awareness of a
project management environment would be of benefit - No off-site components or study required.
