This workshop allows those that use or are about to use any of the AMS REALTIME products to gain a deeper insight as to how this programme and project management solution-set can assist in both programme and project results. With powerful earned value management and other functionality including an excellent report writing module and multi resource management, this is an in-depth workshop.

- Some experience in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects
- Some understanding of programme management techniques
- Completion of our PPC workshop from the Specialist Skills Programme.
