The 7 Management & Planning Tools (2 days)
The 7 Management and Planning Tools promote and encourage team participation and the development of a strong Customer focus. This workshop is based on the Memory Jogger II™ book and is designed to assist when working with ideas for process improvement.
Participants will become more focussed and better skilled in identifying and solving critical problems, tackling key issues and increase effectiveness at planning data-and-consensus inspired action plans and results.
